Chocowinity Family Care promotes wellness screening as an integral part of the treatment plan. Recommended screening guidelines vary depending on age, sex, and race, as well as personal and family history. During your first routine visit to Chocowinity Family Care, as screening strategy will be developed based on your individual risk factors.
