Our office is located adjacent to Center 33 Professional Building.
Office Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 am until 4:30 pm and Wednesday 8:00 am until Noon. Office hours are by appointment.
Please notify our office 24 hrs in advance if you have to cancel your appointment.
Urgent Care is available daily, please contact our office for an appointment.
After hours and weekend/holiday emergencies are managed by Chocowinity Family Care or an on-call physician associate. The on-call physician can be reached by dialing the office number, which will connect you with our answering service.
Chocowinity Family Care will be closed on the following holidays:
New Years Day
Presidents Day
Good Friday, and the Monday following Easter.
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
Prescription Refills: Prescription refills may be requested during office hours and will usually be handled within 24 hours. Please ask your pharmacy to fax refill requests to our office. A limited amount of critical medications may be called in after hours until an appointment can be arranged. Please note that controlled medications cannot be called in after hours.
